These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of speedonlinegaming.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our policies posted on the Service.

3) Virtual currency/items
Any virtual coins, credits, points, boosts, or similar items are licensed to you for personal entertainment use only, may be modified or removed, and have no cash value. They are not transferable except as expressly allowed in the Service.
4) Prohibited conduct
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play (bots), or manipulating outcomes.
- Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or illegal content.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with security, or disrupting the Service.
5) Intellectual property
The Service, including software, games, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Speed Online Gaming Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEED ONLINE GAMING Limited WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED NZ$100.
8) Dispute resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at contact@speedonlinegaming.com and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. If not resolved, eligible disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand, or otherwise to the courts of New Zealand. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Each party retains the right to pursue its own claim individually under New Zealand law. Proceedings will be conducted in English in accordance with applicable New Zealand procedure.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time to protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
