This policy explains how Speed Online Gaming Limited (“we,” “us”) enforces the 20+ requirement on speedonlinegaming.com (the “Service”).
1) 20+ requirement (no minors)
The Service is intended only for users who are at least 20 years old. Minors are not permitted to access, create accounts for, or use the Service. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 20 to participate, including in any social-casino style game play or promotions.
2) Age gates and prompts

3) Age verification and checks

4) Account restrictions, enforcement, and remediation

- Suspension or closure: if we determine (or reasonably suspect) a user is under 20 or provided inaccurate information.
- Remediation: you may be asked to correct your profile details and complete verification. If you cannot prove you are 20+, the account will remain closed.
- Referral to support: contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
5) Data handling
We use age-verification information only for compliance, safety, fraud prevention, and account administration. Where third-party verification is used, they may process the data to provide verification results. We retain verification records only as needed for these purposes and legal obligations. 6) Reporting suspected underage use
If you suspect an account is being used by someone under 20, report it to us. We will review the report, may request verification, and may restrict or remove access as appropriate.
