• Gameplay & community: game progress, scores, match history, in-game interactions, moderation/safety signals.
• Device & usage: IP address, device identifiers, browser/OS, crash logs, referral/exit pages, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Cookies & similar technologies: used for login/session, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising (where enabled).
• Payments (if you purchase): transactions are processed by third-party payment processors; we receive purchase confirmations and limited billing details (we do not store full card numbers).

• Provide and improve the Services, including gameplay features, leaderboards, and customer support.
• Security, fraud prevention, account authentication, and enforcing our terms.

Children’s privacy

Our Services are intended for adults 20 years or older and are not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 20. If you believe a minor provided information to us, contact us to request deletion.

Your privacy rights & choices (New Zealand)

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), you may request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent or object to certain processing such as targeted advertising. To submit a request, email us. We may need to verify your request. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response.
